A threshold is the starting point of an experience, the strength at which a stimulus is just perceived. It is a level or point where something would happen, would cease to happen, or would take effect. A Threshold is the minimum intensity or value of a signal, that will produce a response.

A threshold is the momentary condition in between being inside and outside.

I am looking to build thresholds, that will create micro spaces, where experiences will start, stimulus can be perceived, and something may or may not happened, depends on the signal that will connect to spectators.

Fredrikstad in none Town between stations. Is a momentary place that glows in summer and sleeps in winter.

 I want to explore the heterotopia of Fredrikstad, by taking some of it more important landmarks and expressions, nature, books, theater, comfort and summer; and trap them in the section made by a threshold, that can be pass through, sit on, read, touch and smell.

I aim to create thresholds,  frames that  creates  micro spaces with contrast.
